Half It

Half It is a free daily skill game about judging area instead of distance. Each of five rounds shows a flat colored shape: a rectangle, a circle, a triangle, an irregular polygon or a smooth blob. Drag one straight line through it and let go to cut it in two. The halves slide apart and show their exact area in percent, so you see right away whether your eye found the balance point. The perfect cut leaves fifty percent on each side.

Each round earns one hundred points minus four times the smaller part’s distance from fifty percent, down to zero, and your daily result is the average of all five. Shapes come from the UTC date, so everyone faces the same puzzle. One official round counts per device, followed by unlimited practice. Share five colored result squares or a story image. Streamers can show a ruler and let viewers vote with !cut 42; after twenty seconds the median vote becomes the cut.
